How can architectural design education provide a foundation in thinking ecologically? Inspired by David Orr’s book Ecological Literacy, Rylander obtained a grant on behalf of the AIA from the Kendeda Sustainability Fund of the Tides Foundation.  The report surveyed U.S. architecture schools that have innovative and effective sustainable design programs.
